Your Transformation Vol.2

If you've finished Vol.1 or you think you're ready for this program then welcome to Vol. 2 of Your Transformation! The aim of this 6-week program is to build on the foundations of what we set in Vol.1 and progress forward building both strength and cardio endurance. This in turn will hopefully get you to a place to start doing some more long term goals and truly changing your life forever. You will need a resistance band for the sessions as this is a key tool in building strength. It may seem like a lot of sessions within each week however these sessions are very short as we want to spread the work across the week to build consistency within our workouts. Doing so allows us to settle into a routine and help us reach our goals faster. Every 2 weeks you'll see the number of reps you'll be doing is decreasing, this isn't because it's getting easier. As the reps drop you need to increase resistance by either using a heavier resistance band or shortening the distance on it. Enjoy!
