Cardio Speed 10 is a HIIT workout using no equipment. Depending on your chosen difficulty level you'll be doing either 10 mins, 15 mins or 20 mins session. However, this is not a strict rule and you can drop out at any time if needed. Be sure to push yourself on the hard parts as there is plenty of rest between each but still within your limits
HIIT, or High-Intensity Interval Training, is a training technique in which you alternate between high effort, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active recovery periods. Repeating until the total time has eclipsed.
