Cardio Speed 8 is an EMOM session using shadow boxing techniques. Depending on your chosen difficulty level you'll be doing either 5 mins, 10 mins or 15 mins session. However, this is not a strict rule and you can drop out at any time if needed. Be sure to push yourself as this is a short session so the intensity needs to be high but within your limits still.
EMOM or Every Minute on the Minute is in which at the start of every minute, you perform the designated work, then rest for the remaining time left within that minute. For example, if the work takes 17 seconds, then there would be 43 seconds of rest. Repeat this until the total time has finished. In this example, we will be performing different exercises on the odd and even minutes.
