Your Transformation vol.3

Welcome to Vol. 3 of Your Transformation, this is the 3rd and final volume in this series, taking you from absolute beginner to a fully fledge fitness fanatic in 3x 6-week programmes! The aim of this 6-week program is to take everything we have learnt and build on it and turn it into a plan that you can use for a long time! This in turn will hopefully get you to a place to start doing some more long term goals and truly changing your life forever. You will need a resistance band for the sessions as this is a key tool in building strength. It may seem like a lot of sessions within each week however these sessions are very short as we want to spread the work across the week to build consistency within our workouts. Doing so allows us to settle into a routine and help us reach our goals faster. Every 2 weeks you'll see the number of reps you'll be doing is decreasing, this isn't because it's getting easier. As the reps drop you need to increase resistance by either using a heavier resistance band or shortening the distance on it. Congratulations on getting this far and Enjoy!
