Cardio Endurance 10 is a LISS workout using no equipment. These sessions are designed to keep your heart rate at a steady level so be sure to keep your pace throughout but at a level where you feel you've worked hard. This can take time to master but the more you do the better you'll get! This session is 20-25-30mins long depending on if you’re on easy, medium or hard respectively.
LISS, or Low-Intensity Steady-State, is a training technique in which you perform the prescribed exercises for a designated amount of time. These are completed with no rest. Instead, it is a steady, low-intensity rate usually over a longer period of time.
