Endurance Master Vol.2

Welcome to Endurance Master Vol.2! This program is all about building up both your cardiovascular endurance and muscular endurance. Building endurance isn't just for athletes looking to do long distance, working in these areas has massive benefits on our physical health, mental fortitude and our efficiency in daily activities. All of this leads to a happier and healthier lifestyle allowing us to live our lives the way we want to. We will be building on the workouts in vol. 1, increasing our sessions from 3 times a week to up to 4. This means our volume of exercising increases and the extra load tells our body to adapt to the extra load. This in turn helps us to become more efficient and ultimately more healthy. Let's get started with the first session!
