Endurance Master Vol.1

Welcome to Endurance Master Vol.1! This program is all about building up both your cardiovascular endurance and muscular endurance. Building endurance isn't just for athletes looking to do long distances, working in these areas has massive benefits on our physical health, mental fortitude and our efficiency in daily activities. All of this leads to a happier and healthier lifestyle allowing us to live our lives the way we want to. In Vol.1 we begin our journey into endurance training with a mixture of cardio exercises and a variety of high repetition - low resistance exercises. With these sessions, we will be working for an extended period of time so it's important that we pace ourselves correctly. Too easy and we finished with exerting enough effort, too hard and we burned out mid-set. Finding that pace takes time so use this Vol. 1 to get used to your individual pace. Let's get started on week 1 and I'll see you in the session!
