Session overview

This meditation is designed to promote self love so we can heal, forgive and ultimately love ourselves for who we truly are. This self love allows us to become the best version of ourselves so we can spread that to others within our lives.

We start the experience focusing inwards on ourselves before spreading It to others. Don't worry if you're not feeling it on the first time, the more you do this the more you learn from it
