Session overview

Wake forest meditation we are taking a trip into our minds and visualising a forest scene. This scene is personal to you whether it's a place you've been to before, seen online or made up within your own mind's eye.

From here we will slowly open up our senses one by one to our surroundings to paint the most detailed mental image of the scenery taking in the sounds, smells and the touch of the forest.

This session is designed to put you in a state of calm and relaxation to allow your body to recover the way it needs to. Is absolutely fantastic if you're ever feeling anxious or feel a panic attack coming on.
