Welcome to the Ski Erg/Row Sessions This program has been designed specifically for use on a Ski Erg but can easily be adapted for a rowing machine. Both of these machines are great ways to get your heart rate up and move your body in a way that you may never have before. This is Volume 1, designed to introduce you to a variety of sessions that you can do on this machine. However, this is not a beginner program and in parts can be very hard. Be prepared and enjoy!
