Quad Squad Vol.3

Welcome to Vol. 3 of Quad Squad, this is the 3rd and final volume in this series, which has been designed specifically for Quad/Tetraplegics to build strength and endurance! The aim of this 8-week program is to take everything we have learnt and build on it and turn it into a plan that you can use for a long time! This in turn will hopefully get you to a place to start doing some more long term goals and truly changing your life forever. You will need a resistance band for the sessions as this is a key tool in building strength. It may seem like a lot of sessions within each week however these sessions are very short as we want to spread the work across the week to build consistency within our workouts. Doing so allows us to settle into a routine and help us reach our goals faster. Every 2 weeks you'll see the number of reps you'll be doing is decreasing, this isn't because it's getting easier. As the reps drop you need to increase resistance by either using a heavier resistance band or shortening the distance on it. Congratulations on getting this far and Enjoy!

Great work so far, be sure to stay hydrated through your sessions!

Okay week 3 means we decrease reps to 12 but increase that resistance to build strength.

We are coming up to half way through the program, keep going!

Okay we are dropping those reps down to 10 now but we need to increase that resistance once again!

Just a few weeks to go now. Keep going!

Week 7 means it's our final drop in reps to 8 which means we need to increase that resistance one last time!

Final week! Big effort getting this far. Finish well and give yourself a treat! (I recommend cake)
