Quad Squad Vol.1

Welcome my quad squad to volume one. In this volume, we are going through 4 weeks of sessions that are specifically designed for quadriplegics/tetraplegics. The idea of these sessions is to build your strength and endurance whilst also avoiding exercises that most quads cannot perform. For this program, you will need a set of dumbbells, a resistance band and maybe even some active hands you can check them all out on our equipment page.
