Powerful Paras Vol.1

Welcome to volume one of Powerful Para's. In this volume, we are going through 4 weeks of sessions that are specifically designed for paraplegics, Spina Bifida of anyone without the use of their lower limbs but full use of their upper body (excluding core). The idea of these sessions is to build your strength and endurance whilst also avoiding exercises that you may not be able to perform. For this program, you will need a set of dumbbells, a resistance band and maybe even some active hands you can check them all out on our equipment page.
