Just like Vol. 1, we'll kickstart with 4 sets of 15 reps for each exercise. But here's the twist: every two weeks, we'll decrease the reps while amping up the weight. Get ready to see incredible strength gains! The equipment used is available at most commercial gyms, cables and machines to dumbbells – ensuring a well-rounded and effective upper body workout. And guess what? Unlike Vol. 1, this time we'll be hitting the gym four times a week! That's right, we're spicing things up! We're going to split our workouts between push and pull sessions, targeting different muscle groups with precision. By doing so, you'll see remarkable progress and even more exciting challenges!
