Welcome to Cross Train Cross Train combines several aspects of fitness together to work you in a way like never before! These sessions include both strength and cardio aspects which mean there's no hiding from the hard work. In Vol.2 we have 10 weeks of 3 sessions per week building on the foundations we established in Vol.1. The increased frequency means it will be tougher but so are you!
