Cross Train Vol.1

Welcome to Cross Train Cross Train combines several aspects of fitness together to work you in a way like never before! These sessions include both strength and cardio aspects which mean there's no hiding from the hard work. In Vol.1 we have 10 weeks of 2 sessions per week which doesn't sound like a lot but these sessions are tough and you'll need the rest between if you're new to this. However, if you feel like you need more move on to Vol.2 or throw in a couple of cardio sessions here and there. Week 1 is ready and waiting for you to begin...
