First, grab your pole about shoulder width apart and hold it close to your chest with both hands at the same level.
This is the starting position.
From here, press the pole down and back with your left arm then your right arm. Then repeat but pressing the pole forward. Then the same but overhead. Now start from the beginning and continue the exercise for the allotted time. Extend your arms as best you can. You can increase difficulty by either using a heavier pole or using wrist weights.
