Landmine Triangle Clockwise

Overview

Landmine barbell core exercises are a set of dynamic movements that engage and challenge the core muscles using a landmine attachment, which is a device that allows you to anchor one end of a barbell while performing various exercises. These exercises target the entire core region, including the rectus abdominis, obliques, transverse abdominis, and lower back, while also engaging other stabilizer muscles.

Description

Let's get started by setting up the barbell in the landmine attachment, if needed add an appropriate weight plate with a collar on the end. Although not needed, you may prefer to have a bench or block to rest the barbell on between sets. Position yourself facing the landmine attachment and grab the barbell in both hands in front of you.

This is the starting position.

From here, draw a triangle with the bar in an clockwise direction, whilst keeping your core stable throughout. Once you’ve done one square you have done one repetition, now repeat for the desired amount.

If you have limited gripping ability try using the Active Hands Gripping Aids to make this exercise as safe as possible.
