Land swimming is a form of exercise and movement that mimics the motions of swimming while on dry land. It is typically performed as a cardiovascular workout and can be an effective way to improve swimming technique, endurance, and overall fitness. Land swimming is especially beneficial for individuals who may not have access to a pool or prefer a low-impact exercise option.
First, Hold both arms down by your side with a slight bend in your elbow.
This is the starting position.
From here, swing both arms back, up and over your head or as far as you can, bringing both of them together in front of you. Then swing them back down to your side and straight into another stroke. Then repeat and continue the exercise for the allotted time. You can increase the difficulty by using wrist weights.
