Ball Triple Crush

Overview

Medicine ball resistance training is a type of exercise that involves using a medicine ball to add resistance to various strength exercises. The medicine ball, a weighted ball available in different sizes and weights, provides an additional challenge to traditional bodyweight exercises, making them more effective for building strength and power.

Description

Let's get started by grabbing your ball and having it on your lap.

This is the starting position.

Then with both hands curl the ball up to your chest by flexing at the elbow. Once here press the ball up and over head. Then, lower the ball behind your head, by flexing at the elbows. When the arms are as low as they can go then extend the ball fully above your head or as far as you can. Once done, lower the ball all the way back to your lap. This is one repetition, now repeat this for the desired amount.

You can change the intensity of this exercise by increasing or decreasing the weight of the ball.
