Let's get started by grabbing your ball and having it on your lap.
This is the starting position.
From here, lift the ball off your lap, up and over one shoulder and around the back of your head, then lower the ball back down to the starting position. Now repeat the movement in the opposite direction. This is one repetition, now repeat this for the desired amount.
You can change the intensity of this exercise by increasing or decreasing the weight of the ball.
