Ball Bicep Curl

Overview

Description

Let's get started by grabbing your ball and having it on your lap with your arms as straight as you can.

This is the starting position.

From here curl the ball up, by bending at the elbow until the arms are fully flexed, or as high as you can. Once done, return the ball back down safely to your lap. This is one repetition, now repeat this for the desired amount.

You can change the intensity of this exercise by increasing or decreasing the weight of the ball.
