Session overview

Cardio 3 is a pyramid set. To perform a pyramid session we start with doing 1 rep of each exercise, then increase by 1 rep on each until you reach 10 reps (the top of the pyramid), then reduce by 1 rep of each exercise until you get back to 1 rep, this is 1 “pyramid”. For this session, we will only be performing the 1.
