Welcome to Cross Train 47.
In this session, we will be doing hill climbs and wall ball so are sure to find yourself a hill you can push up and grab a ball. We will be doing 2 min of hill climb followed by 1 min of an exercise, then into the wall ball minute and then a different exercise with a 1 min rest to complete 1 round. We will repeat that round 3,4 or 5 times depending on if you're choosing the easy, medium or hard setting. You will need a set of dumbbells or a suitable alternative for this.
The idea is to do as many reps within each minute as possible with good form.
In Between, the exercise is a short 10-second break just to give you time to set up for the next exercise so you can maximize efficiency. Also, make sure you return to your dumbbells within the hill climb minute to be ready for the next one.
Do the best you can use the full range of motion that you can do safely. If you need to, you can use just one arm to alternate between the 2.
