Session overview

Welcome to Cross Train 16

In this session, we will do AMRAP on 2 different exercises for a total of 30 mins

The idea is to do as many reps within each minute as possible with good form. Rest during this session is up to you. Just try to get through the session to the best of your ability.

Do the best you can use the full range of motion that you can do safely. If you need to, you can use just one arm to alternate between the 2.
