Is Adapt To Perform for me?
Adapt To Perform is a highly adaptable fitness program designed so that most people can benefit from the workouts. Although Coach Ben is in a wheelchair you do not to be in one to do them!
What's included with my membership?
Access to hundreds of programs, workouts and exercises that are fully adapted to your needs and led by Ben Clark a world leading expert on adapted fitness. It doesn't matter if you're a total beginner or a seasoned athlete ATP is here to help you reach your goals.
What type of workouts are there?
Our workouts range from cardio sessions & strength training through to our custom recover sessions combining the benefits of yoga, breathing techniques and much more, so you can get the maximum benefit from exercise.
How much does it cost?

We have one level of membership that includes everything and two ways to pay. Our best value membership is our annual membership which is £216 per year. Our monthly membership is £26 per month. You can cancel anytime.

What do I need to get started?
Although some of our workouts require equipment there are many that require none at all. You can get started today with an internet connection and a space to workout in!
